At last night’s Committee meeting we were informed by Matt Tracey that the support team for the Website have now confirmed that the Website is working. This communication is as promised to inform you that due to this news we are going to release another 5 rallies and trust that the sheer number of people wishing to book does not cause a strain on the Website again. It is our intention to release just these 5 rallies for now on Monday 14th December to see how the Website performs with the remainder of rallies going live in the New Year.
We apologise for the disappointment this may have caused you in not being able to arrange your year of rallying.

We are currently experiencing issues with the Website and in particular the online booking system due to the volume of traffic i.e. over 2,400 visits and over 800 attempted bookings on Monday alone.
The third party Website Technical Support team are working with us under the terms of our support contract on these issues – so we can only let you know more as soon as we know. With this in mind 4 additional rallies were released on Tuesday at the request of the Support team to assist them with their investigation. We know this is not what we all expected and was announced at the AGM and hope you appreciate this was done on advice to expedite the resolution.
In the meantime, please note no more rallies will be released on line for booking until further notice. The rallies already released can still be booked.
We would please ask that you do not contact rally officers or committee members directly as they will be unable to provide any further information or accept bookings.
The matter will be discussed at the Committee meeting on Monday and we will update further as we know more.

Dear All
Some of you have been unable to access the website via your Mobile Devices recently. I have managed to track dow the faulty plugin and I have installed a new plugin to replace it. Hopefully all will be well now.
Thank you for bearing with us whilst I have been trying to fix it.
