We are still short of nominations for the new Committee. As you can see below, we still do not have a Treasurer or a Rally Secretary. The Treasurer’s role MUST be filled as without it, we cannot run as a Centre. There are also other roles on the committee that also need to be filled.
If you would like to become a Committee Member, Please get your nominations in ASAP. the deadline is Nov15th at 12:30pm
If you have concerns about attending Committee meetings at present we are holding them via Microsoft Teams and considering our options for the future.

Notice is hereby given that the following nominations for Officers and Committee for the West Hampshire Centre of the Caravan and Motorhome Club were received prior to the original closing date of Saturday 19th September 2020 at 13.30. This has now been extended to Sunday 15th November 2020 in line with the revised Virtual Zoom AGM date of Sunday 29th November.

As required by Rule 6(c) Rules Governing Centres, nominations for Executive Office or Committee signed by the nominee must be received in writing by the Centre Secretary not later than 14 days prior to the Meeting (Sun 15th November 2020, by 1.30pm for Adult or 12:30am for Youth Committee).
Please remember that this year, if you are nominated for adult committee you are not able to nominate another member for committee. Also, each member can only nominate one person for committee.
