Further to our up and coming AGM on Saturday 2 October 2021 please find a copy of the draft Minutes from last years Virtual AGM together with the Chairman’s Report for 2021 on the West Hampshire Centre Website.  Treasurers report to follow.

These documents can be found in the Members area of the Website and therefore you will need to log in to read/download and print if you wish to have a personal copy at the AGM.

AGM Nominations

Dear All

Please see nominations for Officers/Committee and Youth Committee received so far to date HERE. The cutoff date is 18 September.

This is also the cutoff date for the Olivers Shield Competition, The Andrew Port Fellowship award, and the Rally Book Cover Competition.

If you wish to be nominated for a position on the committee either adult or youth please complete the form in the rally book, take a photo of it and email to or alternatively hand to Caroline who is attending the up and coming Rousden Rally.
