Rally Slips
Dear all
Please be aware that old rally slips will no longer be accepted by Rally Officers as they do not have the terms and conditions attached.
If you want to book a rally with a paper slip, please use the rally slips in the new rally book or download it from the website. Please use the full page of the slip else it will not be valid.
Alternatively, you can also book a rally using our online system which will be available at the latest, next Sunday 2nd February

The committee would like to thank everyone for coming to both the ROOF and Open Forum meetings this afternoon.
Hopefully, all your questions were answered.
There were a couple of ideas which the committee will now consider.
Also, thanks to all the Ladies/Gentelmen for all their efforts.
Thanks again and we will see you on the rally field.

RALLY BOOK & ONLINE BOOKING UPDATE
The Rally Book will be available at the ROOF meeting on Sunday 26th January (cost £3). They can also be purchased for the price of £4.50 (inc. P&P) by sending a cheque payable to “Caravan Club West Hampshire Centre” to David Willis, 24 Salcombe Close, Chandlers Ford, SO53 4PJ.
Online bookings will be available from Sunday 2nd February. As you may be aware Rally officers have been accepting paper rally slips for rallies since the AGM. The week following the ROOF meeting will be used by Rally Officers to put the paper rally slip bookings they have received onto the system before the online bookings go live.

The Committee would like to wish you all a Happy and Prosperous New Year
They would also like to remind you that on the 26th January 2020, the centre will be holding the Rally Officers open forum at 1pm and the Members Open Forum stating at 3 pm. You are invited to submit any Questions you may have for these meetings by 12th January so that these can be discussed at the committee meeting on the 13th January
This will enable answers to be given at the Open Forums. We will of course take questions on the day but may not be able to answer these at the meeting.
We look forward to see as many Members at these meetings as possible, if you are not a rally office you can still come meet old friends and even have your say.
Please email any Questions to clearly stating whether your question relates to the Rally officers open forum or The members open forum.
