If anyone would like to run/organise a rally, there are 5 rallies in the programme that still need Rally Officers, so please contact Emma Elsey about this, and with any queries or questions –

Have you enjoyed being on a specific rally, thought someone should be recognised for their efforts? then nominate them for one of the following awards.
The Andrew Port Fellowship Award
The purpose is as follows:-
The purpose of this award is for the members to nominate a West Hampshire member (whether young or adult) for their fellowship/ friendship at any given time during the year to the Centre and/or its members.
The person(s) nominating the member would write to the Honorary Secretary by the end of August of that year, explaining why they wish to nominate the member for this award. The Honorary Secretary would collate the nominations together for the Committee to consider prior to the September meeting before the AGM.
The Committee would then have had time to consider each nomination on its merit and a final decision would be made at that meeting.
The recipient would be presented the award at the AGM, and have the award for 1 year up to the next AGM, their name would be added to the Roll of Honour on the award.
The Oliver Shield
The purpose of this Award is for members to nominate their MOST ENJOYED RALLY run by West Hampshire in the current rally season.
The person(s) nominating the WH rally should write to/email the Honorary Secretary by the published deadline (22nd August 2026), explaining why they wish to nominate the rally for this Award.
Rally Book Cover Competition – Have you thought about designing a rally book cover? Entrees required by 22 August 2026 for the 2027 programme. Cash for the winning entry.

Could you please ensure that when paying for rallies by BACs that you reference the payment with your surname and the rally number eg R2
