AGM Registration
Please fill in the boxes below so that we can send you the link for the AGM Zoom meeting to be held on the 29th November 2020 so that the Chairman’s, Finance & Rally Sec Reports can be sent to you in advance – and allow any questions you may have to be submitted via email to the dedicated address by 15th November 2020. In line with HQ instructions, questions on the day will NOT be allowed.
Once Committee nominations, award nominations and submitted questions are received by 15 November, they will be collated and details will be issued to all the registered attendees from 17 Nov.
Please Note.
You will need a Computer/Tablet/Smart-Phone with speakers to listen and view the AGM.
We will be using the Zoom system for the AGM Webinar. Please can you familiarise yourselves with how this works.

The Zoom meeting will be recorded to aid the production of AGM Minutes, so you should NOT register for the event if you do not wish to be included. (Please note that the temporary Recording will be deleted after AGM Minutes have been produced).
Whilst checks are made for membership on the nominal role, there may be a short delay before you receive your AGM Information Pack. If you have not received this after 24/48 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folders.
