Privacy Notice

The personal data you provide is collected and processed for the purpose of booking and running a Centre Rally/event. We assume any personal data you provide relating to other individuals is done so with their consent. We will use the information that you have provided for the Rally Attendance sheet, and this is for all those attending the rally. When booking a rally, you will be given the option to either consent or to withdraw your consent from your data being shared with other attendees on the rally. Please select Yes or No from the Attendee List Option above.The Centre Rally Officer/Marshall will keep a copy of your data for a maximum of 12 months for the purposes of safety and insurance, and will not disclose your information to any other source.

To comply with Covid-19 Track & Trace requirements, the Centre reserve the right to keep your attendee details.

Rally Booking Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy:

All rally deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies in the event of cancellation, late cancellation or no show.
The Centre Committee will consider a full refund (less Admin fee) if you cancel a rally due to ill-health or bereavement but this is at Centre Committee discretion.
Cancellations up to 28 days prior to the rally will be reimbursed at 50% and less any costs incurred.
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the rally will be at Centre Committee discretion and less any costs incurred.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the rally will not be refunded (with the exception of 2 above)
If the Centre cancels a rally, all deposits are refundable unless the Landowner has already been paid. Any deposit may not be refunded if the rally space cannot be reallocated to another person.
Any Refund will be subject to deduction of Centre Admin fee.

Payments:

Any cheques should be made payable to “Caravan Club West Hampshire Centre” and not to any named individual.
Please add your name, rally number & CAMC membership number on reverse.
If a deposit or full payment in advance is required, this will be made clear at the time of booking.

Unless full payment in advance has been made, CASH on arrival at the rally is the preferred payment method - as personal cheques may delay overall payment to any Landowner who cannot accept direct Centre payment.

Additional Terms & Conditions Relating To Covid-19

There may be additional terms & conditions relating to this rally that you will need to agree to. The rally officer/marshall will email these out or add them to the description of this rally. Please check back before paying.
