Remaining Rallies Cancelled and A.G.M. Postponed<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Dear Members<\/p>\n

It is with sadness that we must inform you that due to the new restrictions on the number of people allowed in gatherings being enforced on Monday 14th September 2020 the Committee have voted on cancelling all of the remaining West Hampshire rallies for 2020. <\/p>\n

This includes; the children’s Christmas Party and to postpone the centres Adult and Youth section AGM\u2019s.<\/p>\n

This has not been an easy decision, but one which we have had to make in these unprecedented times. We are fully aware that money has been paid out for some of the rallies and our Treasurer will be working on sending you your refunds.<\/p>\n

Please can you email the Treasurer with your Banking Details(Account Name, Account Number, and Sort Code), and Rally Number on treasurer@whampshirecc.co.uk  so that the funds can be sent ASAP.<\/p>\n

The AGM is being postponed until we can re-organise this event, but we are leaving the current nominations live so we still need you to come forward if you think you could serve on the Committee in some capacity.  New cut off dates for nominations will be published once we have decided the format of the AGM and date of event.<\/p>\n

We would like to thank all of the Rally Officers who were running rallies for their understanding and support in this situation.<\/p>\n

We will now be concentrating on the 2021 programme and ask that  all Rally Officers running rallies next year send their write ups  to our Rally Secretary at  rallysecretary@whampshirecc.co.uk  so that we can get next year\u2019s rally book ready to go to the printers.<\/p>\n
