If you have not yet sent yours, can you please get these back to Malcolm as soon as you can &#8211; it would be much appreciated.<\/li>\n<li>Watch out for more information about the 3500<sup>th<\/sup> celebration rally. Put the dates in your diary now \u2013 20 to 24 July 2017.<\/li>\n<li>Thank you to everyone who attended the Wessex. Thanks to the fantastic team spirit, we retained all 4 cups for the 4<sup>th<\/sup> consecutive time<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t forget that if you know anyone who would be interested in advertising in our Rally book and on our web site, to pass on their details to me so that I can contact them \u2013 advertising is a valuable source of income for the Centre.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t forget that it is the AGM on Sunday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> October being held at 1.30pm at Crosfield Hall in Romsey. Please come along and support your Centre<\/li>\n<li>If you want to vote and\/or speak at the AGM, you must be a West Hants member and also have been registered as a West Hants member as at 27 August \u2013 if you are not sure if you are then you can check with the membership department of the Caravan Club or you can go on-line and check\/update it yourself.<\/li>\n<li>There are no nominees for Rally Secretary or Treasurer so we will be looking for members to be co-opted after the AGM<\/li>\n<li>The Youth Section AGM is the same day and is at 12.30pm in the same venue \u2013 please come along and support them<\/li>\n<li>If you need to cancel a rally, please let the Rally Officers know as soon as possible<\/li>\n<li>Have you got children or grand- children who would like to attend the children\u2019s Christmas party in December?
