You may join the Caravan Club<a href=\"http:\/\/www.caravanclub.co.uk\/\"> h<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.caravanclub.co.uk\/\">ere<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.caravanclub.co.uk\/\">.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C3\">I am a member of the Caravan Club &#8211;<wbr \/> but I\u2019m not a member of the West Hampshire Centre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><strong><span class=\"Normal-C-C3\">Can I book a West Hampshire Centre Rally?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C5\">Yes, you\u2019ll be most welcome to join us. You don\u2019t have to be a member of this Centre to Rally with us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><strong><span class=\"Normal-C-C3\">How do I book onto a West Hampshire Centre Rally?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C5\">Online booking is available for most rallies and is available <a href=\"https:\/\/whampshirecc.co.uk\/index.php\/2023-rallies\/\">here<\/a>. If it is then you will find a link in the rally list and rally details pages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><strong><span class=\"Normal-C-C3\">How do I know if my booking has been successful?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C5\">If there is a problem with your booking (i.e. The Rally is full) you will be contacted by the Rally Officer.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"txt_3285\">\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><strong><span class=\"Normal-C-C3\">Can I book rallies online?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C5\">YES! Most of our rallies can be booked online. You will see the option to book next to the rally name or in the details of the rally. You complete similar information to the slip, and the details are automatically emailed to the Rally Officer. You will also receive an email acknowledgement of your booking. If the rally is full, you can also book on the waiting list. This is system managed so is strictly on a first come first served basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><strong><span class=\"Normal-C-C3\">There aren\u2019t any postal addresses for Rally Officers on the web site?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C5\">The Rally Officers home addresses are no longer provided in the Rally Handbook and we do not publish them on the Web for security reasons. \u00a0If you don\u2019t have an address please contact our <\/span><span class=\"Normal-C-C10\"><a title=\"email to secretary\" href=\"mailto:secretary@whampshirecc.co.uk?subject=WHCC%20web%20enquiry%20re%20RO%20contact%20details\">Hon. Secretary<\/a><\/span><span class=\"Normal-C-C5\"> who will provide you with a contact telephone number for the relevant Rally Officers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can also<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0contact the rally officers using the &#8220;Got a question?&#8221; link from each rally page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><strong><span class=\"Normal-C-C3\">Where do I find the address of your Hon. Secretary?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C5\">As a member of the Caravan Club you will have received a Members Handbook. Turn to the Centre Officers section and you will find the name and address of our Hon. Secretary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Wp-Normal-P\"><span class=\"Normal-C-C5\">You can also purchase a copy of our Rally Handbook in this way.
