Booking and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

Rally Booking Terms & Conditions \/ Refund Policy:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

  1. All rally deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies in the event of cancellation, late cancellation or no show.<\/li>\n
  2. The Centre Committee will consider a full refund (less Admin fee) if you cancel a rally due to ill-health or bereavement but this is at Centre Committee discretion.<\/li>\n
  3. Cancellations up to 28 days prior to the rally will be reimbursed at 50% and less any costs incurred.<\/li>\n
  4. Cancellations up to 7 days prior to the rally will be at Centre Committee discretion and less any costs incurred.<\/li>\n
  5. Cancellations less than 7 days before the rally will not be refunded (with the exception of 2 above)<\/li>\n
  6. If the Centre cancels a rally, all deposits are refundable unless the Landowner has already been paid.\u00a0Any deposit may not be refunded if the rally space cannot be reallocated to another person.<\/li>\n
  7. Any Refund will be subject to deduction of Centre Admin fee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Payments:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    1. Any cheques should be made payable to \u201cCaravan Club West Hampshire Centre\u201d and not to any named individual.<\/li>\n
    2. Please add your name, rally name\/number, CAMC membership number and Order Number on reverse.<\/li>\n
    3. If a deposit or full payment in advance is required, this will be made clear at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Images and Video\u2019s<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n

      Photography\/videography may be taken at our Centre events and rallies. The Centre and Club may use any photograph(s) and\/or video(s) they take that include you, your party and\/or outfit in all and any media, including printed and electronic publications, eg websites, or promotional materials, in the advertising of its goods or services. The photograph(s) and\/or video(s) may be stored for these purposes as well. If you do not want to appear in any shots, please advise the organiser if it relates to a specific event, or the Centre Secretary if for all events. They will do their best to accommodate this and ensure you are able to avoid the area being photographed\/filmed.<\/p>\n

      Attendee List and Personal Data<\/strong><\/h5>\n
      The personal data you provide is collected and processed for the purpose of booking and running a Centre rally\/event.\u00a0 We assume any personal data you provide relating to other individuals is done so with their consent.\u00a0 We will use the information that you have provided for the rally attendance sheet, and this is for all of those attending the rally.\u00a0 Please choose the \u201cI do not consent\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0option in the registration form, on the checkout page, if you do not want your data shared with other rally attendee\u2019s.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      Additional Terms & Conditions Relating To Covid-19<\/strong><\/h5>\n

      There may be additional terms & conditions relating to any of our rallies that you will need to agree to. The rally officer\/marshall will email these out or add them to the description of the rally. Please check back before paying.<\/p>\n
