As you know any Club member can book to join a rally, and the member may not necessarily be associated\u00a0with your Centre, or maybe from another Centre and therefore\u00a0not known to you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All short rallies\u00a0are operated for\u00a0<strong>members only*<\/strong>\u00a0(a stipulation of our Exemption Certificate), therefore, you should use the text number to check that the person attending has valid Club membership.
